Paola has been rolling out pasta dough by hand since she was a girl, as has been done in Bologna for generations: with a rolling pin, on a wooden board, without rushing. In 2018, she opened her home to those who truly wanted to learn, and since then, she has cooked with over 500 guests from more than 30 countries. There's no school with desks and uniforms here: there's a family kitchen, an apron that becomes yours, and a table where, in the end, everyone sits down together to eat what we made with our own hands.

How long is it and what's included?

About 2 hours. Included: welcome aperitivo, fresh pasta, tiramisù, 1–2 glasses of wine and the recipe to take home.

I have intolerances or I'm vegetarian/vegan?

No problem: tell me when you book and I'll prepare a tailored menu.

Can I come as a couple or a group?

Of course. We cook in small groups, max 10 people. For private groups or companies, write me and we'll arrange a dedicated session.

What language is it in?

Italian and English, so you feel at home wherever you're from.

Is it a registered kitchen?

Yes: a registered home kitchen, HACCP certified.
